Who are Reactive Home Services? Reactive Home Services Ltd are a highly experienced nationwide service plan provider specialising in kitchen and home appliances, home emergency and televisual entertainment equipment care. Our head office and call centre are based in the South of England.
How do I request a repair? Just call our freephone number 0800 987 8035 and choose Option 2. Our repairs team are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please have your care plan details to hand when you call.
Does my care plan renew automatically every year? If you have chosen to pay monthly, we will contact you every 12 months for you to review the suitability of your plan. If you bought an annual plan, we will provide details concerning your renewal in plenty of time prior to the anniversary of your care plan. Unless you wish to cancel your plan with us you need do nothing more and your plan will automatically renew on the anniversary date using the payment details we have on file.
What payment methods can I use? You can make payments using a Credit or Debit Card, or alternatively, you can set up a direct debit payment. Payments can be made monthly or annually.
Can I change my payment date? Yes, simply give us a call on our freephone number 0800 987 8035, or email us at claims@reactivehomeservices.co.uk, and we can set up a new payment date.
I didn't recieve my documents or I have lost them. Give us a call on our freephone number 0800 987 8035, or email us at claims@reactivehomeservices.co.uk and we will get new documents or terms and conditions sent straight out to you.

Am I already covered by my home contents policy? Typically, most household contents insurance only provide cover for accidental damage, theft, fire and flood. Mechanical failure or breakdowns are not covered by standard contents insurance, which is why our care plans are a great option.
